Preorders

Pre-Ordering an item ensures that it will ship to you as soon as it becomes available.

Product pages for Pre-Order items feature a “PRE-ORDER” button, "Presale" in the title, and a box that you must check acknowledging that the item is a Pre-Order. The expected shipping date is also listed.

Pre-Order products can be added to your cart just like any other item. When you’re done shopping, head to checkout. You will be asked for your payment information.

Once you complete your purchase, your item(s) are reserved for you. Your payment method will be charged at the time your order is placed which reserves your entire order and ensures you get your items as soon as they arrive.

Your order won’t ship until all items in your order are available, so if your order contains in-stock and Pre-Order items, your order will ship when your Pre-Order items arrive.
